REFUND POLICY

RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND CANCELLATION POLICY

NOTE: We are not able to modify any orders. To cancel your order, please email: yeelenwax@outlook.com immediately. Write "CANCEL MY ORDER" in the subject line with your Order number. Please send us your Name as on the account, City, State and Phone Number. IF your order has already been processed, picked, packed and/or shipped a 25% restocking fee will be applied and you will be responsible for the return shipping label.

We want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We will gladly exchange your item within 15 days of receipt (valid invoice is required). However, if you wish to return your purchase for a refund there is 25% re-stocking fee. Due to the nature of our products, all packaging MUST BE unopened and unused and in perfect original condition. Shipping charges are not refundable. The customer is responsible for shipping charges on returns.

Used or Opened Warmers are NOT exchangeable unless for manufacturer defect for a period of 1 year from purchase (valid invoice required). 

Sale and Promotional Items are FINAL SALE in which they are not exchangeable or returnable.

An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) must be obtained prior to sending your product back. Contact: yeelenwax@outlook.com

We will need your Invoice Number, Product Details, Quantity and reason for exchanged or returned.

Please allow 30 days for us to receive your return and process your request. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. You are responsible for shipping, insurance and handling charges for all returns excluding defective or damaged items. 

If you buy Happy Waxing products from one of our authorized distributors, we regret that we cannot offer you an exchange or refund or otherwise assist you with any problems that you may encounter.  Please refer to your original receipt/invoice for distributor contact information.
